Golf Course Collage

The Comanche Trail Municipal Golf Course is an eighteen-hole course tucked against the hills on the south end of Big Spring. Just five minutes from Interstate 20, the Comanche Trail Municipal Golf Course is the only rolling hills golf course in West Texas. The course features 6,576 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course management is responsible for the maintenance, development, and operation of the course.

Daily Green Fees

  • Weekday:  $25.00
  • Weekday (Senior Citizen 65 or over):  $20.00
  • Weekday (Junior Golfer under age 18):  $15.00
  • Weekend and Holidays:  $30.00

*Twilight Discount ‑ A 50% discount to all daily green fees if play starts after 4:00 PM during daylight saving time or after 3:00 PM during any period when daylight savings time is not in effect. 

Cart Fees

  • 1/2 cart (1 rider):  $13.50
  • Full cart (2 riders):  $27.00

Cart Trail Fees

There shall be a privilege fee assessed for the use of private carts on the Comanche Trail Municipal Golf Course. This amount can be paid annually or with a daily fee. The annual private cart privilege fee is in effect from April 1st through March 31st of each year. 

  • Annual Private Cart Fee (Must have a current annual green fee card) $300.00
  • Daily Private Cart Fee $12.50 for one rider; $25.00 for two riders 


Driving Range Fees

  • Large bucket of range balls (approx. 75 balls):  $6.00
  • Small bucket of range balls (approx. 45 balls):  $4.00

Hours of Operation

The Comanche Trail Golf Course is open seven days a week, year-round.

**Effective immediately, the Comanche Trail Golf Course will be closed on the second and fourth Mondays of each month to allow for routine maintenance. These scheduled closures will help ensure the course remains safe, playable, and enjoyable for all golfers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Spring/Summer course hours:
    8:00 AM  - 9:00 PM (carts must be turned in by 8:30 PM)
  • Fall/Winter course hours:
    8:00 AM  - 6:00 PM (carts must be turned in by 5:30 PM)
