Regular Big Spring City Council meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the City Council Chambers, located at 307 East 4th Street in Big Spring, Texas 79720. Agendas are made available prior to each meeting, and minutes are posted following City Council approval. The most recent agendas and minutes may be viewed online.

City Council Meetings are open to the public; the Council wants to assure that any citizen may speak in support or against any item on the agenda and encourages the expression of all views before action is taken.
