The City of Big Spring will hold two public hearings on a proposal to increase total tax revenues from properties on the tax roll in the preceding tax year by 5.1%. The first public hearing will be on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at 5:30 PM. The second hearing will be on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at 5:30 PM. Hearings will be at City Council Chambers at 307 East 4th Street. The public is encouraged to attend.
